Litemax Smart Shelf display system - the future of store shelves
Litemax has in offer a family of displays named SSD2755that are LCD screens with LED backlight and a modern MVA matrix that provides full viewing angles. Taking into consideration very characteristic ratio, this product is mainly designed for supermarkets and other big stores. The advantage of Smart Shelf display over classic shop shelves with paper prices is a much higher possibility of attracting sight of potential customer by using animation (e.g. flashing prices of discount products) and vivid colors of advertised content.
One of the versions of SSD2755 was designed with a USB 3.0 port to allow simple control (sending video signal and power supply). The device is adapted to commonly used operating systems, such as Windows, Linux and Android. On clients’ request, the module may be equipped with Wi-Fi module.
Main advantages of SSD2755 are:
- Product is environmentally friendly - no need to print traditional paper prices
- Provides continuous presentation of advertised content about products and promotional programs
- In relation to e-paper displays, Smart Shelf enables to display color images and animations
- Thanks to using a ‘cloud’, all shelves in shop are up to date what eliminates time-consuming procedures regarding replacement of manually printed prices or advertisements
